    ANDY RAWLINGS

    Former C-level Executive, Learfield IMG College

    Andy Rawlings is a Dallas-based executive who currently serves as President and CEO of Academy Within, an executive development and learning company based in Atlanta. Previously, Rawlings served at Learfield in a variety of roles over his nearly 20-year tenure, helping the company experience unprecedented growth, elevating from $25M in annual revenue to more than $1B in annual revenue and 2,500+ employees. Prior to Learfield, Rawlings worked at Hewlett-Packard, Agilent Technologies, and Arthur Andersen.

    Rawlings is a CPA with an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis. At the University of Missouri, he graduated magna cum laude in the Honors College with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Accounting. He and his wife, Tracy, have three grown children and live in Plano, TX.

    ANN HIGGINBOTTOM

    Executive Director,Kershaw's Challenge

    Ann serves as the Executive Director of Kershaw’s Challenge, the public charity founded by Los Angeles Dodgers pitcher Clayton Kershaw and his wife Ellen. Additionally, she serves as the Advisor to the family efforts of the Kershaw Foundation. Kershaw’s Challenge is a faith-based, others-focused organization that partners with organizations serving vulnerable children and families in Dallas, Los Angeles, the Dominican Republic, and Africa.

    Ann graduated with a B.A. in Communication from Texas A&M University. In addition to her non-profit work, Ann is a published author of several books and an avid photographer. Her greatest joy is being a wife to Robby and mother their two sons, Will and John.

    ANU GEORGE CANJANATHOPPIL

    Chief Executive Officer, IJM Canada

    Anu brings 11 years of leadership experience with International Justice Mission (IJM) across South Asia and North America. Anu has worked extensively to impact justice systems in South Asia by collaborating with state and local governments, leading IJM’s first partnership program to train 17,000+ police officers, government officials, and NGOs on the rescue and rehabilitation of those in slavery. As a result of Anu’s leadership, 10,000 individuals have been rescued from forced labour slavery.

    Anu holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from Edith Cowan University, Australia and a Master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Eastern University.

    Barrett's career has been focused on advising for  business strategy, mergers and acquisitions, private placements for companies in a variety of industries and stages of development, capital raising, and corporate formation. He has extensive expertise in successfully managing complex transactions crosses a broad spectrum of industries, including energy, healthcare, industrials, technology, manufacturing, aerospace, financial services, technology, and construction.

    Barrett earned his bachelor of science in Political Science from Southern Methodist University where he was a President’s Scholar and studied Political Science and International Law at Oxford and Cambridge Universities.

    CHRIS HITE

    Managing Director, Scout & Cellar & Managing Partner, J. Hilburn

    Chris is Managing Director and Founding Wine Consultant of Scout & Cellar, and Master Stylist with J.Hilburn Custom Men’s Clothing in Dallas. He previously was the Principal and Founder of
    HITE Brand Consulting for more than a decade, counseling dozens of luxury brands.  His specialty is working with retailers and luxury service providers in crafting and refining their brands through advertising, brand management and strategic partnerships.  

    Chris spent the first decade of his career at the iconic Neiman Marcus. Joining the Executive Training program in 1995 and finally serving as the Director of
    Marketing, InCircle Rewards. Chris holds a BBA in Management from Texas A&M University where he was a Mays College of Business Administration Fellow.

    EDDIE KAUFHOLZ

    Director, Strategic Communications & Campaigns, Bread for the World

    Eddie leads the communications team at Bread for the World, a non-partisan advocacy organization based in the U.S. that advocates for policy changes to end hunger. Previously, he led at International Justice Mission, an NGO dedicated to ending slavery. 

    He is currently the host of the podcastDoing the Best We Canwith Eddie Kaufholz. In addition, he created, produced, and hostedThe New Activist, a podcast dedicated to conversations examining some of the world’s most significant humanitarian issues. The New Activist received honorary distinctions by The Webby Awards and The New York Festivals Radio Awards

    GARY HAUGEN

    Chief Executive Officer, International Justice Mission

    Before founding IJM in 1997, Gary was a human rights attorney for the U.S. Department of Justice, where he focused on crimes of police misconduct. In 1994, he served as the Director of the United Nations’ investigation in the aftermath of the Rwandan genocide. In this role, he led an international team of lawyers, criminal prosecutors, law enforcement officers, and forensics experts to gather evidence that would eventually be used to bring the perpetrators of the genocide to justice. Gary received a B.A. in Social Studies from Harvard University, and a J.D. from the University of Chicago.

    Gary has been recognized by the U.S. State Department as a Trafficking in Persons “Hero” –
    the highest honor given by the U.S. government for anti-slavery leadership.

    HUNTER ALLEN

    Vice President, Product & Strategy, Capital One

    Hunter is a trained lawyer who now works in product and strategy at Capital One. He is married to Mary Beth--who works with Mended as a designer--and together they have five children. When not chasing five children, Hunter enjoys woodworking, cycling, and reading low-brow spy novels.

    He is passionate about Mended because it provides a path to economic empowerment and independence for women affected by modern slavery.

    ROGER GARDNER

    Executive Coach and formerC-Level Executive, Learfield IMG College

    Roger Gardner is a consultant, facilitator, and executive coach with Safe Harbor Consulting. He is a co-founder of Academy Within, a learning and development company specializing in “Intrinsic Leadership.” In addition to his formal training, much of the guidance Roger offers clients is a product of 40 years of experience as a partner in LEARFIELD, a leading media and technology company in college athletics.  During his time at Learfield, Roger served in several capacities, including President, and most recently as Chief Culture and Communications Officer.

    Gardner is a graduate of the University of Missouri with a certification in Facilitation and Leadership Coaching from Georgetown University and completion of the Executive Program at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
